What We Collect

When you install TrackIT on your Salla store, we collect:

• Order data: Order IDs, dates, status changes, items, amounts, payment method
• Customer data: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, city (as included in orders)
• Store info: Store name, domain, your email and phone (from Salla OAuth)

How We Use It

All data is used exclusively to provide the TrackIT service:

• Calculate order fulfillment times
• Generate analytics and reports
• Send alerts for late orders
• Display order details in your dashboard

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in encrypted databases. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and refreshed automatically. We use HTTPS for all communications.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you have TrackIT installed. When you uninstall the app, your merchant account is deactivated. You can request full data deletion by contacting us.

Your Rights

• You can uninstall TrackIT at any time from your Salla dashboard
• You can request a copy of your data
• You can request deletion of your data

Permissions We Request

• orders.read: To receive order webhooks and read order details
• webhooks.read_write: To register for order events
• offline_access: To maintain persistent access via refresh tokens

We never modify your orders, products, or any store data.
